As a result, he has developed a strong foundation of practical hands-on experience combined with a deep understanding of local, state, and federal landlord-tenant, rental property and fair housing laws. And as Legislative Director, Mr. Straub helps draft Landlord-Tenant Law during Oregon Legislative sessions. As such, he is on the forefront of changes to existing law and has unique insight into the intent of new Landlord-Tenant Law.
